Returns
At Loca Cocktails, we take pride in crafting premium, food-grade products that meet strict hygiene and quality standards.
Because our items are perishable and consumable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once products have been dispatched or delivered, in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Section 20(3)(a), which excludes returns on food items that cannot be safely resold for health reasons.
However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number and clear photographs of the issue. Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
This policy ensures the safety of all customers while upholding the quality and integrity of our handcrafted products.
